The Vessel // Burn 01
Light it.
A full pour of botanical wax in hand-cast concrete. Scroll to live a lifetime of burns.
The Mark
A half-inch letter that keeps time.
Blind-embossed into the inner wall, the T stays hidden beneath a full pour — then surfaces as the wax burns down. It is our mark and a gauge in one.
When the melt pool reaches the foot of the T, a quarter inch of wax remains: the moment to retire the flame and give the vessel its second life.

Inspiration // architecture meets geology
Where the built meets the eroded.
Brutalist concrete, softened by overgrowth
Raw aggregate · mineral speckle · the pour
Sun-warmed stone & walled shade
A monolith, cast to remain
Material
Hand-cast, high-density concrete.
Cast by hand and left honest — raw, minimally sealed, keeping the grit of real aggregate and the quiet stratification of the pour. No two are identical.
Weighty in the hand, cool to the touch, engineered to outlast the wax many times over.
