Breathe.
Unwind.

Courtyard is inspired by the planted riads of Marrakech, where citrus trees, clipped herbs, and textured greenery are held within walls of stone, stucco, and shade. It captures the brightness of green citrus against warm architectural surfaces — bitter bergamot, peppered leaves, crushed fern, and the quiet mineral heat of sunlit stone. A fresh botanical study of enclosure and air.

Initial profile:Bergamot Rind, Arugula Leaf, Cracked Black Pepper.
Mid notes:Lemon Verbena, Crushed Fern, Citrus Agave.
Finishing:Mineral Greens, Sun-Warmed Stone, Soft Vetiver.
Courtyard concrete vessel
Lithic Integrity

The form is the product.

Hand-cast from high-density concrete, stabilised and minimally sealed. A geometric monolith engineered to remain in the space long after the core has been spent — the vessel is not a container for the product; it is the product.

Description+
A bright green opening of bergamot rind, arugula leaf, and cracked black pepper. As the candle burns, lemon verbena and crushed fern deepen the freshness, while citrus agave softens the center. Mineral greens, sun-warmed stone, and soft vetiver create a clean, grounded finish.
Olfactory Architecture+
The opening is bright, bitter, and sharply green. Bergamot rind cuts through first, followed by arugula leaf and cracked black pepper — a crisp botanical bite that feels fresh, textured, and alive against cool stone.

As the candle burns, the sharpness softens into a fuller green atmosphere. Lemon verbena brings a clean citrus lift, while crushed fern adds a leafy, almost mineral freshness beneath it. Citrus agave rounds the center with a quiet sweetness, giving warmth without pulling it into fruit.

The base stays clean and grounded. Mineral greens, sun-warmed stone, and soft vetiver hold the brightness close to the surface, like crushed leaves resting on warm architectural material.
Ingredients+
Natural coconut-soy wax, braided cotton wick, phthalate-free fragrance and essential oils. Hand-cast concrete vessel.
Care & Handling+
First burn: 2–3 hours, until the melt pool reaches the edge. Trim the wick to ¼" before each light. Never burn longer than 4 hours, or in a draft. Always burn within sight and on a heat-safe surface.
Characteristics+
290 g / 10 oz · 60–65 hour burn · Natural coconut-soy wax · Braided cotton wick · Reusable hand-cast concrete vessel.
The Repurposing Ritual

The candle ends; the object stays.

Once the wax completes its cycle, clean the vessel with warm water and keep it — a planter, a vessel, an object kept. Nothing here is disposable.
